Help with Adobe Digital Editions

Downloading and Installing the Software

eBooks downloaded in their entirety from eBook Central are in the ACSM format, which requires Adobe Digital Editions to view the file.
IMF e-Library books may be downloaded as ePUBs, PDFs or MOBI files. ePUB files are also associated with Adobe Digital Editions, though they are more flexible than their ACSM cousins.

  • ePUB files are also compatible with the following eReaders:
    • Nooks
    • Kobo eReaders
    • Sony eReaders
    • iPads/iPhones/iPods
