Hours, locations, and information about using the undergrad and Business School Computer Labs on campus.

What the Help Desk can do for YOU.

The ITS Help Desk provides technical support for students, faculty, and staff.

We can help you with specific technical questions and problems in the use of University technology, by handling the following types of issues:

  • How-To

  • Errors/Incorrect Behavior

  • Virus and Malware Prevention, Detection, and Removal

  • Hardware and Software Requests

  • Web Site Issues and Updates

  • Call the Help Desk from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Have your 7-digit Suffolk ID #.

If you'd like in-person assistance, stop by the Help Desk Walk-In Center:

  • Walk-In Help Desk hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Note: For technical assistance with Blackboard, Blackboard Technical Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 866-886-4861.

Attention: Requests submitted between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM on each University business day will reach the Help Desk on that day. The Help Desk will respond to requests submitted outside of those hours on the next business day.
