Information Literacy: 15. Additional Research Guides

Sawyer Library Research Guides: Start Research Here!

Even though the Databases by Subject lists group the databases together by topic, there can still be several resources to discover on a given topic. Research Guides provide lists of resources you can start from. Resources include links to print book information, ebooks, databases and websites.

Use the Research Guides tab to search the guides by keyword, or browse by topics.

You have found the Guide links when you can see "Showing X Guides", where "X" is a the number of guides for a subject.

The descriptions provided by the Research Guides give more details about a database's purpose, and frequently explain the effective use of databases in relation to a specific topic. In addition, the Guides provide pointers to selected print and web resources.
