Below is an annotated Google Satellite Map of our area of downtown Boston. Note that the direct entrance to the Library is on Tremont Place, just off Beacon Street. Here, you enter the building on the 2nd Floor (the entrance level of the Library). However, visitors often enter at the main building entrance of 73 Tremont, on Tremont Street. Here, you enter the building on the 1st Floor, and therefore have to go up one floor to enter the Mildred F. Sawyer Library.
