Tax Research: Searching Selected Legal Databases: Search IRS and U.S. Treasury Publications

Click Find by Citation on left of the Federal search screen.  Choose Rulings/IRB or IRS Pubs and other Tax Documents, and enter the citation

Click on Keyword in the Federal Practice Area.  Select IRS Rulings within Primary Source Materials.  Enter search terms.
