Your professor mentions an article that appeared in the WSJ on Friday May 8th, but the professor does not have the exact title written down. The gist of the article is that members of Congress are also facing the technological challenges and pitfalls of working from home. 

1.) WSJ Database: Select a Date to Browse

Use the "Browse Specific Issues" option to open up a menu of dates.

2.) Articles are Listed in Page Order

The default display for browsing articles by date is to see the articles listed in page order.  The sought after article is a little further down on the screen, result #7.

*Students who are required to read the Wall Street Journal regularly, may use the browse option to view the articles day by day.
