The sample search above is based on an idea found by reading the First Research Industry Survey on express delivery services.
The two search terms are connected by "AND," which means that both terms must appear in each of the resulting articles.

Take note of the following on the search results screen:

• The results are in relevancy order. This can be changed to sort by date.
• There are several options to limit results, such as:
  • Scholarly (peer reviewed) sources.
  • Publication (source) types.
  • Subject terms (further down on the screen).
• Many articles are available in full text, either as a PDF file, or as HTML.
• In the event that the article is not available through Business Source Complete, the "Interlibrary Loan" link will submit a request to retrieve this article from an international network of libraries.

Take note of the following on the article landing page (a.k.a. the item record):

• The article title appears at the top of the page.
• Any authors are listed below
• You can find the publication listed next to source.
• Subject terms are assigned to each article. Clicking on a term gathers all the articles in the database which share that subject heading.
• If available, a link to the full text as a PDF file appears on the left. If the article is in HTML, then it will also appear further down on the page.
• Articles may be emailed from this page, as well.
• The "CITE" button identifies the citation components for each major style (APA, MLA, etc.).
• The abstract is a brief summary of the article.
