Continuity of Learning Services at Sawyer library: Home

This guide provides information about the Library's online services for faculty, staff and students during the Covid-19 disruptions.

Welcome

Sawyer Library has updated or eliminated many of the temporary policies put in place at Suffolk during the pandemic. In-person library services have resumed; also, virtual services – including research help, class support, and access to electronic resources – will continue as before. The library staff looks forward to working with you whether it’s on campus or from a distance.

Faculty can take advantage of the library's remote services, which include:

  • Online help from a librarian via email during library hours
  • Providing access to e-textbooks (more info)
  • Online Library Instruction and course consultation (request form)
  • Interlibrary Loan of electronic articles and book chapters (more info)
  • Renewal of checked-out books and items

Please contact us directly if you have a specific research or access need not addressed in this guide. Thanks so much for your patience as the library works to restore services to pre-pandemic levels.
