Globalization [SIB-101]: How to find an article in (The Economist)...

eJournal Search

Want to see whether we have online access to a particular periodical?

Which Database has the journal you need?

Do you need to look for any recent article in a certain journal? Or have you been assigned to read a particular article?

The first task is to find out if the Library owns or has access to the journal.

The eJournal search determines if the Sawyer Library has online access to a particular journal or magazine. The result is a list of the databases that contain the journal, along with the dates of coverage. Once you are in the database itself, then you may search for a particular article, or browse the issues by date.

The guide "Full-Text Journal Articles: How to Track Them From a Citation" provides more detail on the use of the e-Journal Search function to determine where the full text of an article can be located.
