The state library's website contains a searchable catalog, annual reports, and detailed resource guides, covering such subjects as abortion, sex offenders, gaming, and legislative hsitory. It is a selective federal government depository and a state depository. The Library holds the "most complete collection of Massachusetts state publications in existence, dating to the inception of the library in 1826."
